We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with young children, including those with special needs. This role involves supervising children, facilitating developmental activities, and ensuring their well-being throughout the day. Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor children during play, learning activities, and rest periods to ensure safety at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development Assist children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and hygiene needs Foster positive behavior and social skills through guidance and encouragement Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans for children with disabilities or special needs Support children in developing independence and confidence through caregiving activities

Experience

Prior classroom experience working with young children is highly preferred Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Background in early childhood education or related caregiving fields is desirable Demonstrated ability to engage children through teaching and play-based activities Compassionate caregiving skills combined with patience, creativity, and strong communication abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
