Childcare Centre Cook:
2+ years working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Comfortable working around children
Experience working with dietary needs and accommodations.
Understanding children's allergies and food restrictions
Food Handler certificate
is aMust
Knowledgeable about Public Health regulations and Food Safety
Expectations to follow approved food menu, make adaptions as needed,
Responsible for Inventory and Shopping lists
Ability to maintain grocery budget
Cleaning area and maintaining clean workspace in the center
Flexibility to help in other areas as needed e.g. keeping the center clean.
Non-smoker position, no heavy fragrances due to working around food.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
