rockstar Daycare Administrator
to be the first point of contact for our families and community. This is more than a front-desk role -- it's a central part of the team that supports our mission of creating a positive, innovative, and enriching environment for children and their families.

weekday and weekend shifts

alid Alberta ECE Level 1 certification

have exceptional customer service experience.

We are hiring for a
full-time permanent
position with room to grow with the company and take on new responsibilities as the company grows. The successful candidate will receive mentorship as well as additional training opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a smile!
Responsibilities
Register new children and maintain enrollment records
Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
Maintain data across multiple systems accurately
Coordinate with various internal departments
Greet visitors and uphold office presentation standards
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy & care
Organize and manage office supplies
Required Skills
A passion for
outstanding customer service
with a minimum of 1 year of prior customer service experience.
A valid Alberta ECE Level 1 certification.
Valid Standard First Aid with CPR Level B or C Certification.
Clear & Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector obtained within the last 6 months.
A firm grasp on technology & the ability to utilize multiple platforms and systems
Excellent communication skills in English -- written and verbal
Ability to
multitask and stay organized
in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Drive
Exceptional attention to detail
Flexibility with scheduling and tasks
A friendly, helpful, and positive attitude
