The individual will be part of a development team which analyzes, develops, tests, and deploys software to make AMD the leading platform for HPC and AI/Machine learning applications.THE PERSON:The ideal person has strong technical and analytical skills in kernel mode software development.
They must have the ability to work as a member of a team, while also being able to work independently, define goals, scope, and lead their own development effort.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with internationally renowned world-class cloud providers to enable AMD Accelerators for HPC and AI.
• Develop AMD\xe2\x80\x99s GPU virtualization solution spanning Windows/Linux GPU software to a variety of Hypervisors (including KVM, Hyper-V, VMware\xe2\x80\xa6etc.)
• Work with cross functional teams to further increase the solution lead between AMD and the competition

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent C/C++ programming and software design skills including debugging, performance analysis, and test design.
• Experience developing software in Windows and Linux environment including commonly used tools
• Experience in developing and debugging kernel mode device driver software under Linux and/or Windows.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• The candidate must have an undergraduate degree in a related field (Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering)
