Job Description

  • Providing Customers with professional and timely response.
  • Provide timely and accurate customer information that can assist in the decision making process of the Management Team or Dealer.
  • Always remembering to promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s mission and vision.
  • Project Management.
  • Quality Assurance of alarm data entry.
  • Enter, update and retrieve information in signal receiving centre alarm processing software relevant to the Customer.
  • Enter, update, and retrieve information in various portals.
  • Displays high integrity and honesty
  • Solves problems and analyzes issues
  • Successful Completion of BoldU OnLine Training
  • Drives for results

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Benefits:
