Job Description
Under the responsibility of the data validation supervisor, the agent ensures the accuracy of the information entered into the various systems. He/she is meticulous and attentive in the transmission of data, complying with the rules and procedures of the Groupe Robert.
Your responsibilities:
He/she enters data into the system, validating the accuracy of the information (destination, content, quantity, etc.) with the bills of lading (50 bills per hour).
Scans and files documents.
Responds to all email and telephone requests.
Resolves issues in the system.
Other related tasks.
Required profile:
High school diploma
Bilingualism required (spoken and written)
Meticulous, conscientious
Proficiency with computer systems
Problem-solving skills
Team spirit
Knowledge of transportation (an asset)
