Who You Are:

You are an experienced software engineer who is interested in designing and developing comprehensive solutions to support and facilitate business operations. You have a strong understanding of back-end and front-end technologies and have experience implementing highly functional solutions that can scale. You have a passion for good user experience and know how to ensure user needs are met through agile development and stakeholder engagement. You are an excellent communicator, and can work with subject matter experts, graphic designers, support teams and managers to deliver professional grade solutions.

Location: The Sanofi Digital Data Team uses a hybrid working model combining remote and office-based work. The Canada Digital Data Hub offices will be located in the greater downtown area of Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing, operationalizing, and measuring strategies that enable Sanofi to develop unique data and AI products.

Scale processes, build solutions and support major initiatives to launch platforms, modernize our foundations and build products.

Manage portfolio of programs and financial operations of multi-million dollar programs, products and projects to deliver on strategy.

Prepare, facilitate and lead to consensus and recommendations for critical data strategy initiatives.

Collaborate with several cross-functional teams to bring initiatives to life both within the data team, and beyond with digital partners, global business units and global functions.

Facilitate, manage and implement the design of a new operating model for data:

Manage and maintain the data organizational roadmap to ensure it is on track and aligned with the evolving priorities of the organization.

Leverage and engage resources across the organization to ensure Data Office priorities are delivered.

Support planning Sanofi's innovation agenda across various emerging technologies in data and AI, and develop new external partnerships.

Key Requirements:

University degree in STEM related field. Masters degree is an asset

3+ years of professional experience. Experience in management and technology consulting is an asset.

Comfort in navigating a matrixed organization with a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Demonstrated techno functional data capabilities (data engineering, data science, architecture, cloud, data visualization).

Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders to execute high-impact projects.

Strong verbal and written communication skills:

Bias for action, with excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and strategic capabilities.

Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in autonomy with limited guidelines.
