Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Data Scientist with approximately 3 years of industry experience

to join our analytics/AI team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with data pipelines, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets. Develop, train, and optimize

machine learning models

for classification, regression, forecasting, or clustering tasks. Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to business stakeholders. Perform feature engineering, model validation, A/B testing, and model performance monitoring. Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to define data needs and project requirements. Deploy ML models into production environments (if applicable: using tools like AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, etc.). Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Document analytical processes, model decisions, and experiment outcomes. Stay updated with industry trends, new ML algorithms, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics

, or a related field.

3+ years of experience

as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer. Strong proficiency in

Python

and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn. Experience with

SQL

for data extraction and manipulation. Hands-on experience building and evaluating ML models. Experience with data visualization tools:

Power BI, Tableau

, or Python (Matplotlib/Seaborn/Plotly). Understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and data modeling.
