Think machine learning, data science, AI, geomatics, climate and agility \xe2\x80\x93 it\xe2\x80\x99s all in a day\xe2\x80\x99s work at Intact Lab.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do here:Transform complex data sets into meaningful insights, conclusions and recommendationsParticipate in developing completely new and innovative solutions, using machine learning, AI and statistical approachesGet experience working with different types of data including geospatial, telematics, text data and image dataBe on the lookout for new approaches and opportunities to integrate them into the solutions you designWhat you bring to the table:Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s, Master\'s or PhD, in artificial intelligence, data science, computer science, Earth sciences, mathematics, statistics or a related fieldAvailable to work with us 35 hours per week for Winter 2025 (January 6 to April 25)Available to work from the office 2 days a week (and 3 from home)Must be returning to school in Summer or Fall 2025 following your internshipPractical experience in data science, machine Learning or deep learningPractical experience with Python programming languagesKnowledge of computer vision or natural language processing (NLP) (an asset)Understanding of data science approaches in financial services (an asset)Bilingualism is ESSENTIAL (French and English) * Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the countryYour career starts here.
