As the Data Quality Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data within Fleet and Inventory's business information and maintenance management systems. In this position, you will be responsible for the identification and resolution of data quality issues, the implementation of robust governance processes, and the collaboration with the cross-functional teams across the Corporation to enhance data quality standards necessary to improve the reliability of data to make informed decisions. Primary duty includes:
Develop and implement data quality rules, checks, and validations to prevent data quality issues.
Conduct data quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Implement data cleansing and transformation processes to address data quality issues.
Conduct validation and verification, rigorously checking data against defined rules, standards, and business requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency through SQL queries or using Data Quality Tool when available
Work with all data producers and consumers of F&I data to inform the creation, maintenance and adherence and enforcement to the data governance frameworks established both at Corporate and BU levels.
Develop and document data quality procedures, processes, and best practices.
Analyze data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
