What you will be doing:

The Data Product Manager will report to the Senior Director, Product Management. In this role, you will partner closely with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to explore, elaborate, define, solve, and plan for implementing the Master Data Management approach and technologies into the broader 360 insights infrastructure, solutions, and organization. Understanding user needs/problems, managing stakeholders and partners, and facilitating cross-functional groups are key responsibilities for this role. The Data Product Manager will work closely with a development team, representing stakeholders, and be responsible for driving the product roadmap through prioritization and backlog maintenance.

• You will apply business and product acumen to understand the business priorities of 360Insights and its customers
• You will work closely with Product & Engineering leadership and stakeholders to plan and maintain a prioritized and groomed product backlog
• You will lead the discovery process for upcoming work to ensure well-defined and aligned work is ready for delivery teams
• You will lead the cycle delivery planning process including, coordinating dependencies, managing stakeholders, articulating the value of the work, and sequencing & capacity planning
• You will provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• You will be responsible to develop work breakdown structures by creating epics, user stories, and defining and testing acceptance criteria
• You will play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• You will participate in all Agile ceremonies, including but not limited to daily standup, planning, retrospective, show and tell
• You will work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases and help roll out product capabilities that deliver the 360Insights vision
• You will be responsible for publishing and maintaining product documentation (release notes, product feature guides, etc.)

What you\'ll bring:

• 5-7 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Experience operating in an agile organization as part of a SCRUM team
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
• A comprehensive understanding of Data Management and Data Governance principles
• Data Management, Analytics, or Technical background with strong knowledge of data management solutions, data operations, as well as practice and processes around data governance and quality
• Experience facilitating the discovery process and producing clear recommendations and requirements with supporting artifacts
• Proven ability to translate non-technical information into a technical level of detail that developers can work with.
• Experience working with Master Data Management Technologies (such as Reltio or Semarchy) is a strong asset
• Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills is a must
