. 3 years of experience in using IBM Optim, Data Masking and Subsetting techniques
\xc2\xb7 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in Test Data Masking \xe2\x80\xa2
\xc2\xb7 Experience in Mainframe Application Testing , Test data Management .
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a highly collaborative, self-directed team setting
\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills both written and verbal
Qualifications and Skills
- Technical Skills
\xc2\xb7 HP ALM (M) * Testing Skills
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated understanding of Test Data Management and test environments within large complex organizations
\xc2\xb7 Ability to decipher Solution Architecture diagrams to determine testing strategy and data validation
