We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.What will your typical day look like?We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Lake Reporting Manager to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our data lake reporting environment. You will lead a team of data analysts and engineers to deliver insightful and actionable reports and dashboards that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting strategy aligned with business objectives and data governance policies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain a robust and scalable reporting environment leveraging the data lake architecture.
  • Define and implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure report accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure data availability for reporting needs.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to provide insights into key business metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across various departments to understand reporting requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on reporting tools and data interpretation

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of data lake architectures, data modelling, and ETL processes.
  • Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with Extract, Transform and Load tools and methods (i.e. Informatica)
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
