Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team the first or second week of January. This role involves accurately inputting and managing data within various databases and MyTrack systems, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring data integrity across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent typing speed, and a solid background in clerical and office experience. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient data management processes in a professional environment.

Duties



Enter, update, and maintain data within company databases and MyTrack systems with precision and attention to detail Verify accuracy of data by reviewing source documents and performing quality checks Organize electronic documents to ensure easy retrieval Assist with data collection efforts for various projects and reports Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record keeping Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times Collaborate with team members to improve data entry procedures and workflows

Experience



Prior office experience or clerical experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, and data organization Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed (minimum 40 WPM recommended) Experience in data entry, filing, and data collection processes is advantageous Demonstrated computer skills including familiarity with standard office software applications
This role requires a proactive individual capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy. Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.

Initial schedule would be 7:00 - 5:00, Monday to Thursday. Ten hour days.

Schedule could increase depending on work load as turn around ramps up with a possibility of working up to six days a week up to 12 hours a day.

We have a unique time keeping and invoicing program that was developed specifically for Kusy's Electric Ltd. We would provide training on our program as well as CRC's new MyTrack Software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
