We are seeking a dedicated and personable Data Entry specialist to join our team this upcoming tax season. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in data entry and analysis. Duties
Perform data entry tasks using DT max software efficiently while maintaining accuracy Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience
Experience
Previous experience in data entry is preferred Fast computer typing skills preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 2.5 months
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Work Location: In person
