Job Description
Our Banking client in Toronto, Ontario is looking to hire a Data Entry Operator - Advanced for a 6-month contract role with possibility for extension.
What you will be doing\xe2\x80\xa6
- Support complex client and internally originated requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Deliver excellent service to our clients every time; focusing on doing what is best for our clients and the organization - making it Simpler, Faster, Better.
- Continuous pro-active and agile approach to adapt to change, to process work volumes as measured through established Client Service Commitment timelines.
- Exercise due diligence by following operational risk policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- You will utilize various systems while ensuring quality and accuracy of incoming and outgoing requests.
- Take ownership and accountability of client investigations or escalations at first point of contact and works to resolve at source, refers to manager where applicable in accordance with established client escalation protocol.
Must have skills:
- 5-9 years related experience.
- English Verbal and Written skills.
- Candidate with financial institution (i.e processing, data entry) is preferred.
