Detxe2x80x99on Cho Construction is seeking to fill the position of a Data Entry Clerk for a term position from May 2025 to September 30, 2025.What you will doReporting to the Project Coordinator, the Data Entry Clerk will enter information into our database from electronic and paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, a fast typist with a keen eye for detail and able to work in a fast past environment.A Day in the LifeReporting to the Project Coordinator, your job duties include:

• Input data into computerized databases, spreadsheets or other templates or optical scanner, speech recognition software and/or other data entry tools
• Import and/or export data between different kinds of software.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents.

• Type in data provided directly from customers.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition and costs.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Good working knowledge of databases
• Fast typing skills with attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with keen attention to customer service
