Job Description


Duties: * Inputting alphabetic and numeric information into databases or spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.

  • Verifying data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Organizing files and collecting data to be entered into the computer.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Retrieving data from various sources and preparing reports as needed.
  • Ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
  • Following data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assisting with data clean-up and quality assurance tasks.
  • Responding to inquiries and requests for information.
  • Collaborating with team members to accomplish tasks efficiently.
Skills: * Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
  • Basic understanding of databases and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with data entry procedures and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment such as computers, scanners, and printers.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new software or systems.
  • Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
