Summary



Working from our Head Office location the successful candidate will assist the accounts receivable department in the adjustment and reconciliation of outstanding ledger amounts. The candidate will establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, ensure deadlines are met and carry out various administrative activities of the establishment.

Responsibilities



Enter and update financial data accurately in databases and ERP systems. Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail and speed. Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents. Assist with data collection and transcription tasks as needed. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Support administrative tasks related to financial operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications



Must be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail and comfortable with performing repetitive tasks. Preference will be given to those with financial data input experience. Strong multitasking, organizational and prioritization skills. Knowledge of MS Office, and property management software (Rent Cafe & Yardi). Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to work with a diverse group of people and interests while being culturally aware.

Experience



Proven experience in data entry or similar roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database management tools. Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy. Basic math skills for financial calculations. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous office or clerical experience is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
