At Revital Health, you will be supporting our Accounts Coordinator and administrative teamwith data entry and bookkeeping responsibilities. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
? Support the Accounts Coordinator with accurate and timely data entry of financial andadministrative records.
? Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including organizing and verifying financial transactions.
? Compile and maintain spreadsheets and financial tracking logs in Microsoft Excel.
? Help prepare month-end financial summaries and assist in reporting.
? Maintain up-to-date and organized documentation using SharePoint and other internal systems.
? Cross-reference data for accuracy and flag discrepancies for correction.
? Assist with administrative duties such as filing, organizing reports, and data transfers.
? Collaborate with team members across multiple clinics to gather and enter required
information.
? Contribute to the organization's intake and operational processes by maintaining
consistency in reporting and administrative coordination.
Qualifications:
? Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (in progress or completed).
? 1+ year of experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or accounting support roles.
? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
? Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment.
? Experience with SharePoint and accounting software is an asset.
? You must be legally able to work in Canada.
? An enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things is a must!
