Job Description
One of our major banking clients is looking for a Data Entry Clerk (Banking, Wire payments exp.)
Length: 15 months Contract with a possibility of extension or full-time employment
Location: Montreal, QC
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30AM to 6:30 PM (7.5 hrs/day, and potential for holiday processing)
LOB: Deposit and Payment Operations
ROLE MANDATE:
This role is within the wire payment processing center that manages all wire payments coming in and out of bank. The team ensures all transactions are accurate and manually intervenes where needed to format transactions with errors
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
- Processing wire payments coming in/out
- Data entry
- Formatting and manually correcting transactions with errors
- Meet productivity stats
- Maintain low error ratio
- College/Cegep completed
- MS Office - working proficiency
- Experience in production environment where deliverable stats are met
- High performer
- Attention to detail
- Reliable
- Accurate
- Quick learner
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a data entry/data validating role (FI - reconciliation/auditing is a plus)
