Advanced Energy Management Ltd. is seeking a Data Entry Associate in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate for a short-term contract position. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry across our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with care.

What You'll Be Doing:

Enter, update, and verify data in computer systems and databases with high accuracy.

Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Organize and maintain digital and physical records.

Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.

Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in data entry or similar administrative roles preferred.

Strong typing skills and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.

Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
