Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner
Enter and verify customer orders in our ERP system (
Optima Software
experience is an asset)
Provide order updates, resolve issues, and follow up on outstanding quotes
Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent, friendly support
Scheduling & Workflow Coordination
Work closely with the production team to schedule jobs based on priorities and capacity
Adjust schedules as needed and communicate changes to staff and customers
Monitor production workflow to ensure deadlines are met
Data Analysis Duties
Support a small team, ensuring smooth daily operations
Analyze production and scheduling data to identify trends and improve efficiency
Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and ERP tools to assist in decision-making
Act as the link between customer service, production, and management
Qualifications
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience working with
ERP systems
; Optima Software knowledge is a plus
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Previous experience in a
manufacturing or production environment
is an asset
Familiarity with
CAD software
is considered an advantage
Team player who takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities
Glass experience is an asset
