o Databricks & PySpark - Complex transformations & performance tuning
o Azure DevOps - CI/CD pipeline expertise
o SQL - Advanced querying & optimization
o Problem-Solver - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
o Understanding pro's/cons of the solution they are recommending
o How will performance be measured: deliverables
