About you
We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a Data Analyst to join our team! This role is designed for individuals keen on exploring data engineering, data analysis and data science. You\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate closely with our product team, learning to craft impactful dashboards and analyze data to elevate our product\xe2\x80\x99s performance.

Your to-do list:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Design and implement tracking solutions using product analytics tools, ensuring accurate data collection.
• Develop and maintain tracking codes, leveraging technical expertise in languages like JavaScript to integrate analytics tools seamlessly.
• Create customized reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights derived from tracked data.
• Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations and insights that drive business growth and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, etc.).
• 2 years of proven experience in a Data Analyst role, preferably focusing on analytics strategy, technical implementation, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) and experience with analytics platforms like Mixpanel.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical tracking specifications.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills to convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
