Title: Data Business AnalystLocation: Canada (Remote)Estimated Duration: 7+ monthsWork authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in CA):
We are seeking a Data Analyst with over 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and expertise in AWS Glue, S3, EC2, and Redshift.Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from stakeholders including business subject matter users and IT teams.
• Document data migration requirements, including source system analysis and source to target
• Analyzes & acquires data from primary and secondary data sources creating mapping specifications for use by ETL development resources.
• Documents, plans for collection, data cleansing, and normalization of data
• Assist in creation of Test cases with QA testing team and business
• Maintain clear and detailed integration requirement specifications, ensuring the design is of the most efficient streamlined flow without redundancies.
• Recognize common requirements and document re-usable code and procedures to improve the team\'s efficiency and productivity.
• Work with the development team to handover the detailed data layer mapping for coding

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors in computer science or related field
• Must have experience in lead experience, AWS Glue, S3, EC2, Redshift
• 6+ years of experience as a Data business analyst.
• Possess excellent relationship, communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities through quick decision-making and change management strong analytical ability.
• Good experience in MS Office and documentation skills.
