Job Description
We are a software company that is revolutionizing the Homes Services industry. We do this by buying businesses that are already successful in their markets and using their technology to grow and scale them exponentially.
We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer/Architect to join our growing team. Currently, we have two small data teams, one team focused on BI and the other on data engineering. We are looking for someone to be technically hands on and take our data environment and infrastructure to the next level. Our environment is in Snowflake, DBT, Sigma, Fivetran and AWS.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data engineer or Data architect or equivalent
- Strong SQL & ETL experience
- Strong cloud experience in AWS, GCP or Azure
- Strong cloud data warehouse experience in any of the main cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery or Synapse
- Good experience using data visualization technologies such as Sigma, Tableau etc.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Snowflake experience
- Experience with DBT
- Experience with Fivetran
- Experience with Sigma
- 100% Data engineering and data architecture
- 80% Hands On
