Job Summary

We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented individual to join our data team as a Data Analytics Trainee. You'll gain hands-on experience analyzing data, building visualizations, and performing data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability in business reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing business data from various sources Learn to design dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and other tools Support senior analysts in identifying trends and presenting insights Participate in data modeling and transformation activities Conduct data quality checks to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency Identify and escalate data anomalies and discrepancies Document data processes and contribute to reporting templates Stay informed on analytics best practices, technologies, and quality control standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field Basic understanding of data concepts and Microsoft Excel Exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy Excellent communication and collaborative skills Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous learning
