Hours per week and Schedule of Work: (Hours and Schedule of work are subject to change in accordance with Article 19):



35 hours per week.


Weeks 1 & 2:



Mon. to Fri. 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.


JOB SUMMARY:

This role will perform business analysis to support Planning, Policy & Performance Management (PPPM).


DUTIES:



Under the general direction of the designated supervisor, and working within a team structure, this position is responsible for:


Requirements development involving requirements elicitation, elaboration, analysis, specification and validation Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams Business case development and cost benefit analysis Contribute to RFPs, RFQs, RFSs as needed Facilitate knowledge transfer between projects Report status to, and follow overall direction from the Project Manager Supporting PPPM leadership with ad-hoc presentation requests and/or project specific requests Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:




Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience Minimum five (5) years experience in business analysis and/or process management with proven ability to lead stakeholders through detailed requirements gathering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with data visualization Strong interpersonal communication skills, tact, influencing, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organization Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and ability to prioritize and execute tasks Highly proficient in Microsoft applications and other business mapping applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio
