Job Summary



The Data Analytics is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help the organization make data-driven decisions. This role involves using statistical techniques, data visualization tools, and analytical models to identify patterns, trends, and insights that improve business performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities



Collect, clean, and validate data

from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, CRM, ERP systems).

Analyze and interpret datasets

to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and correlations.

Develop dashboards and reports

using tools such as

Power BI

,

Tableau

, or

Excel

to communicate insights effectively.

Work with stakeholders

across departments (marketing, finance, operations, product) to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.

Automate data processes

and reporting pipelines using SQL, Python, or R.

Create and maintain databases and data models

to support analytics and forecasting.

Perform statistical analysis

and use predictive models to support business decisions.

Monitor data quality

and implement validation checks for accuracy and consistency.

Support KPI development and performance tracking

for strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with data engineers and business intelligence teams

to optimize data workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics

, or a related field.

2-5 years

of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related role. Strong proficiency in

SQL

for querying and managing structured data. Hands-on experience with

data visualization tools

such as

Power BI

,

Tableau

, or

Looker

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros)

. Knowledge of

Python

or

R

for data manipulation and analysis. Familiarity with

data modeling, ETL processes,

and

database management systems

(e.g., MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery). Strong understanding of

statistics and quantitative analysis

techniques. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication skills to present complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $59,000.00-$87,000.00 per year
