Appcast is part of the Stepstone group, a leading digital recruitment platform that connects companies with the right talent and helps people find the right job.A Data Analytics Manager on the Appcast Data and Insights team is experienced both as a manager and an analyst. As a manager, they will coordinate the operations of a team of data analysts, who serve on teams across the organization, including Marketing, Product, and Delivery. As an analyst, they will provide technical guidance to analysts and help set strategy for the Data and Insights team.Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-day operations of data analysts to ensure they deliver a suite of reporting solutions to meet the needs of Appcast\xe2\x80\x99s clients and internal teams.
• Provide technical feedback on the tools and methods used by data analysts to complete their work.
• Find opportunities for UX and data visualization improvements through collaboration with Product teams.
• Engage with client-facing teams in Delivery and clients directly to explain our recommendations, deliver insights and gather feedback to improve our client services.
• Evangelize and execute data and insights solutions:
• Absorb labor market and economic data, assess, and share what it means for TA and recruitment marketers.
• Present solutions on client and sales calls including business reviews.
• Manage the performance of team members by setting goals, checking in progress, delivering feedback and guidance to stay on track, assessing annual performance, driving the overall performance and direction of the team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of data analysts
• Fluency with statistical analysis for non-technical audiences, including data storytelling and visualization
• Expert knowledge of SQL
• Experience managing enterprise business intelligence tools like Tableau or Shiny
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouse tools like AWS is desired
• Intermediate knowledge of statistical programming languages like Python and/or R is desired
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to present information in a clear and compelling manner
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship capabilities
• Exceptional project management skills: demonstrated ability to meet timelines, prioritize, and manage detailed budgets.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Math, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is required
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is preferred
• 5 or more years of experience in data analytics
• 1 or more years in an analytics leadership role
