An exciting opportunity has opened to join a high-growth organization and become a member of the Data and Integrations team. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Data Analyst who will understand the goals and objectives of products within the Peninsula Group and will help devise effective solutions that are in line with the strategic commercial aims of individual departments and the wider Peninsula Group.

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities

• To work closely with Sales and Marketing departments to identify process improvements that drive commercial sales benefit and improve efficiencies in these departments.
• Build ad-hoc reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data driven insights to the business and identify key drivers for any trend fluctuations e.g. visualization solutions of data into reports, graphics, dashboards to illustrate facts, trends, and insights.
• Continuously monitor data quality and identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Have a deep understanding of our customer usage patterns and interact with stakeholders at various levels to deliver data solutions, identify use-cases around data and data processes.
• Closely adhere to legal guidelines regarding working with critical and confidential information.
• Develop documentation around analytics processes, own the data dictionary and implement data standards and guidelines on data ownership.
• Structure and assemble data into multi-dimensions with various granularities (e.g., demographics, customers, products, transactions).
• Participates in the design, implementation, and management of new analytics & reporting solutions.
• Create, maintain, and execute tests targeting data completeness and integrity using SQL/scripts.

A Successful Candidate Must Have:

• Strong SQL query skills and expertise in data manipulation techniques.
• 2+ years of experience in campaign design, data management and a solid understanding of data as it applies to the sales process, marketing campaigns, call centre analytics and business.
• Knowledge in analytical programming languages and ETL pipelines (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python).
• Experience with data exploration, analysis, and dashboard tools like PowerBI.
• Understanding of Salesforce objects (leads, opportunities, accounts, and contacts).
• Exposure to cloud native tools and understanding of data lakes and big data technologies.
• Experience with the principles of data management, governance, and privacy.
• Strong background in statistics, data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization with a demonstrated ability to derive insights from raw data and turn them into actionable recommendations.
