Position Summary
The Data Analyst will be tasked with managing and organizing data into a format that can be easily analyzed.
Key Responsibilities
The below list includes a general overview of job responsibilities and is not exhaustive.
- Preparation of Regional purchasing reports. Ensuring prompt Divisional submissions, verification and consolidation of Divisional data into Regional. (PPV & Cost Reduction, Spend Data, Opportunities & Strategies).
- Data mining and consolidating to create value added reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Verification and follow up of data integrity - PPV submissions, Commodity reports, Global Spend Analytics.
- Cross functional data management projects with Divisions, Global Commodity Teams, and Regional Purchasing Director.
- Enhance data management and analytical tools through digitalization and automation.
- Oversight and management of purchasing data management, analytics, and reporting.
- Alignment and cross functional with MML Americas Divisions, Regional Director, and Global Commodity Team.
Education Preferred: Bachelor\'s/Master\'s Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science,Mathematics, Supply Chain or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Years of Experience Required: Minimum three (3) years of related experience required
Expert in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc. and also including PowerBI)
