We are currently hiring a
Data Analyst
to join our Research & Impact Unit department. Reporting to the Vice President, Research & Impact, the Data Analyst will consolidate Indspire's various data assets into a unified dataset that supports the development of interactive dashboards (Impact, Research, Data Intelligence). The analyst will ensure data integrity, develop relational structures, and support early-stage visualization prototypes.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be:
Inventorying and consolidating data sources (BBF, NES, ILP, donor data, etc.).
Developing data models and relational structures to enable dashboard integration.
Conducting data cleaning, transformation, and validation.
Generating summary tables, indicators, and visual mock-ups.
Supporting the design and testing of dashboard prototypes.
Qualifications
Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in data management and visualization.
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and/or Python.
Understanding of data governance, security, and Indigenous data sovereignty principles.
Expected Deliverables by March 2026
Harmonized data warehouse linking internal and external datasets.
Dashboard-ready datasets and schema documentation.
Prototype mock-ups of the Indspire dashboards.
