Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI, along with a minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract.

Responsibilities

Data Wrangling and Transformation
- Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct data transformations and manipulations to prepare datasets for analysis.

Data Analysis

- Perform end-to-end data analysis, utilizing Python and SQL to deliver business-oriented actionable insights.
- Develop and implement statistical models to analyze large datasets.

Visualization
- Create story-telling and interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Communicate complex data insights effectively through visualization techniques.

End-to-End Data Analysis Delivery

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Deliver comprehensive data analysis solutions, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Tool Proficiency
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Azure Fabric and Synapse for advanced data analytics (experience in these tools is a strong plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and Power BI.
• Proven experience in data wrangling, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
