INFO-EXCAVATION, is a non-profit organization that brings together more than 300 member companies that own underground infrastructure, including municipalities and prevention partners. Our mission is to prevent damages to underground infrastructure by offering a range of services contributing to the safety of workers and citizens, to the protection of the environment and to the maintenance of public services.

We are looking for candidates to process locate requests. You will benefit from a flexible day and evening schedule, since the center is open 24/7. By processing the locate requests, which are submitted mainly via the Internet, you will help excavators in Quebec and the Atlantic provinces to be able to carry out their excavation work safely, without damaging underground utilities.

Your responsibilities will be as follows (non-exhaustive list):

• Provide customer service while processing locate requests.
• Analysing information and creating a polygon representing the work site for a locate requests using a mapping tool.
• Problem solving and answering clients\' needs and concerns.
• Web and telephone support.
• Attain performance objective in a team environment.
