Job Description

Herskovits Kallos & Associates Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Damage Insurance Broker - Customer Service to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner. Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. Ensure accurate updates and follow-ups on client files to maintain satisfaction and retention. Work within insurance systems (Aviva, Intact, Unique) to process client requests. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service quality and performance objectives.

Qualifications



Valid AMF license in damage insurance (mandatory). Up to date with all required AMF continuing education. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in damage insurance. Experience in commercial insurance (an asset). Knowledge of EPIC software (an asset). Bilingualism (French and English) required ; additional languages ( an asset ). Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, etc.).

Employment Conditions



Permanent, full-time position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-site. Compensation: Base salary + bonus (based on experience and skills).

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
