Position Details

What You Will Do

  • In this role you will handle battery and damage inquiries and complaints that are assigned to the department.
  • You will coordinate and/or perform investigations that assist in determining liability and discuss a fair resolution that is acceptable to all parties.
  • You will adhere to established time frames when reaching out to Members upon receipt of new claim assignments.
  • You will communicate with both Members and tow facilities to validate circumstances under which the damage occurred.
  • You will collect documentation, photos, estimates, invoices and all written correspondence as part of the investigation process.
  • You will travel within the territory to perform investigations and to arbitrate between parties.
Who You Are:
  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma
  • Valid driver license and are able to travel within the Club Group territory to perform on scene investigations and arbitrate between Members and towing facilities
  • Minimum of two years\' experience resolving customer complaints
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent customer service skills, are a team player and have strong negotiation skills
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills Preference will be given to candidates who have technical background or experience in the automotive field or towing experience
