Daeco HR is currently looking for HR professionals with 5+ years of experience who are organized, resourceful, bold, fast-paced and forward-thinking HR leaders to join our team and help our clients:




Implement HR systems and processes. Create policy and procedure manuals. Provide in-office support for our clients on employee relations concerns and day-to-day HR needs (strong preference given to candidates in Edmonton and surrounding areas).*
Develop training programs. Provide coaching to leaders. Analyze jobs and help define organizational structures. Design performance management systems and succession plans. Create solid recruitment processes and hire managers.

The consulting lifestyle gives you flexibility and time to have a balanced life. It is not always consistent work. This position is not for someone who is looking for a stable and consistent 40-hour workweek. We require daytime availability because that's when your clients will want to meet or talk with you.
