Reporting to the Corporate Manager of IT, the D365 Functional Analyst is responsible for providing functional and in-depth analysis in support of project scope and objectives while applying problem solving and analytical skills to support current processes, ongoing implementations, and process improvement.

How You'll Add Value+ Actively contribute At to the safety culture, promoting a safe and productive work environment + Respond to and resolve system failures and performance issues in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
+ Appropriately communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and action items
+ Analyze business requirements for D365 and tailor the use of the system to meet those objectives
+ Manage communications, scheduling, and logistics for D365 specific projects
+ Actively drive issue resolution and closely monitor its progress
+ Collaborate with vendor support on resolving applications issues and system problems
+ Prepare design documents and other technical documentation to support the business application
+ Communicate with external vendors and conduct joint solution review
+ Develop, document, and maintain best practices, project standards, procedures, application, quality objectives and 'lessons learned', including metrics for success
+ Perform other functional analyst duties as required



What You Bring5+ years experience in a hands-on functional role using Microsoft Dynamics 365, including system configuration, data analysis, and process optimization Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Strong understanding of D365 F&O modules, including Projects, Procurement, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset and Equipment, Product Information Management / Inventory. Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing D365 F&O solutions. Experience with D365 F&O integrations with other systems. Excellent analytical, pro blem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. A strong desire to learn and adapt to new D365 F&O features and functionalities.
