:Join HSO as a Senior Consultant for D365 F&O Supply Chain!Your Role:
As a Senior Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (F&O), you will take the lead in transforming supply chain processes for our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and design tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze supply chain requirements, creating customized solutions.
• Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O, focusing on adaptive supply chain modules.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, promoting best practices in consulting and implementation.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical requirements for system enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients on utilizing D365 to its fullest potential.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in D365 F&O to ensure our clients receive the best advisory services.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, crafting proposals that showcase HSO's capabilities in supply chain management.

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or its earlier versions.
• Proven track record of successful D365 implementations, with at least three completed projects focusing on supply chain.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing.
• Experience with WMS
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.
