Required Qualifications
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of
Mississauga
, ON
or be willing to relocate one of these areas.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

4+ years of overall IT experience, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience across all phases of project lifecycle (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test) for
Dynamics 365 Field Service
module.
Ability to
configure Field Service applications
, manage work orders, schedule and dispatch, and optimize resource utilization.
Expertise in
Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile app
, inventory management, purchasing, and Connected Field Service.
Hands-on experience implementing
Microsoft Power Platform
(Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong
Business Analysis
skills for requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
Ability to prepare
Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
, conduct demos, user training, and presales activities.
Skilled in
customer engagement
, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Experience in

Responsibilities
Design and configure
Dynamics 365 CE / Field Service
solutions to meet client requirements.
Conduct
business process analysis
and translate requirements into functional designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Manage
customer issues
, research non-standard problems, and provide effective resolutions.
Support
sales and presales teams
with proposals, demos, and effort estimations.
Deliver
user training
, documentation, and post-implementation support.
