We are currently seeking a Cypress QA Engineer to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile processes, Typescript/Javascript, and automated testing methodologies. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests, including integration/api tests and end-to-end testing, using frameworks such as Codecept or Cypress.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Agile processes, including Scrum, Jira, and sprint methodology.
- 3-5 years of experience in Typescript/Javascript for test automation.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Codecept or Cypress.
- Familiarity with manual regression testing.
- Strong understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices.
- Ability to document API endpoints, input parameters, responses, and error cases.
