We are seeking a skilled Cylinder Repair Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will diagnose, disassemble, repair, and test hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders for wear or damage. Disassemble, repair, and reassemble cylinders per manufacturer specifications. Replace seals, rods, pistons, and other components as needed. Perform pressure and leak tests to verify proper function. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies. Collaborate with team members to provide efficient repair solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience in hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder repair or a related mechanical field. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings. Familiarity with repair tools, pressure testing equipment, and machining equipment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with high-pressure cylinders. Welding or machining experience is a plus.
