Role Summary

Performs physical count of selected parts and reports variances to book inventory records. Ensures the location of the parts to be counted is effectively determined and identified. Ensures stock is moved safely and efficiently as required to support cycle counts.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• Highschool diploma
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Proficient computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
• Capable of learning new software systems
• Ability to communicate effectively; Good verbal and written communication
• Valid forklift license
• Must be able to follow procedures
• G license (to operate company vehicle)
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently and or in a team in an efficient manner

Key Responsibilities

• Cycle count materials daily based on ABC classification
• Verify that all partial boxes are properly labelled with partial box labels
• Safely operate forklift, as required
• Responsible for processing adjustments in ERP system to reflect actual inventory/cycle count in a timely manner
• Identify inventory transaction problems, researching discrepancies to identify causes of problems, assisting with location audits, and verifying that the physical location matches bin location(s), inputting adjustments after review
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, processing of material reports and transfers
• Seeks opportunities to continuously improve inventory accuracy, stock location improvements, logistics, etc.
• Assist in locating materials in warehouse
• Works with respective departments (Receiving/Warehousing, Production, Material Analysts, Quality, IT etc..)
• Ensure compliance and enforcement of Customer Specific Requirements, QMS (IATF16949), Health and safety (ISO 45001), EMS (ISO14001), and security (PIP) requirements.
• Performs all job functions abiding by the office/work standards, policies and procedures as outlines in the company handbook.
• Actively participates in continuous improvement
• Maintain 5S standards in working environment/s
• Attend training based on Mytox\'s internal training matrix
• Performs all job functions in a safe, healthful and environmentally conscious manner, abiding by all health, safety and environment rules and regulations as outlined in the Company Handbook
• Performs other duties as assigned or any reasonable request by management
