About the Role
As ATB's next
Cybersecurity Analyst,
you will drive strategic security and risk governance by owning end-to-end program management, including defining roadmaps and executing key initiatives. A core part of the role is managing critical reporting for senior executives, supported by continuous process improvement and automation efforts to ensure the organization's operational maturity.

This position has a hybrid work arrangement with in-office attendance as needed. Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities.
Accountabilities
Strategic Management:
Report on key outcomes across strategic, operational & tactical initiatives and programs including the monthly operational reporting and executive committee reporting for Operating & Security Resilience and Cyber Risk Oversight Committee. Maintain and evolve how leadership evaluates performance through the team scorecard. Support creation of standard practices, oversight and governance in strategic execution of initiatives
Operational Management & Strategy:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of team operational plans, including defining mandates, creating roadmaps, and establishing internal committees and roles.
Risk & Compliance Reporting:
Manage and complete essential governance, risk, and compliance reporting cycles, such as Key Risk Indicator reporting and analysis, and Enterprise STIP reporting.
Executive Support & Communications: Serve as a key contributor in the creation of high-quality, professional presentation and communication materials for the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and senior leadership, ensuring clarity, precision, and alignment with corporate strategy.
Process Improvement & Automation:
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance operational processes and develop metrics/dashboards to improve team visibility and reporting capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Facilitate key communication and collaboration across various teams and manage internal communications channels, including creating newsletters, running townhalls, and representing the team in cross-functional groups such as security champions.
Skills, Experience & Requirements Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant field, such as Cybersecurity, Business Strategy, IT Administration, or a closely related domain.
Experience providing reporting and data analysis to senior leadership teams; including C-suite and board level
Proven competency in stakeholder management, critical thinking and problem solving, written and verbal communication, prioritization and managing expectations, and data storytelling
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and problem solving skills
A strategic thinker with the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
Ability to provide professional feedback to foster good relations with all teammates
Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to quickly adapt and reprioritize competing demands in fast-paced environments to ensure project deadlines and strategic goals are consistently met
