The Opportunity:
O2E brands is looking for a Cyber Security Program Manager to join our growing team! As part of the Information Technology department, we are looking for a cyber security steward and leader who will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of our cyber security programs.


Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with strong technical capabilities combined with a strong sense of organizational management. The incumbent should also be able to leverage their technical expertise as an influencer, possessing the ability to guide and facilitate the priority of security goals, risks, and plans, across departments within the organization.

A Day in the Life:

• 
  Responsible for the design, development and implementation of our cyber security programs.
• 
  Translate organizational security objectives into operational priorities, and influence the priority of security goals, risks, and plans across the organization and technical teams.
• Develop best practices and security standards, and provide guidance and support to our technical teams and ensure that we meet industry best practices and standards.
• 
  Plan, manage, and communicate programs that align with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s security goals.
• Manage the backlog of security tickets and help with operational prioritization.
• Assess security systems and seek improvements on a continuous basis, and report possible threats or software issues and drive remediation initiatives.
• Recommend and deploy tools to manage security in the delivery pipelines and
  production systems.
• Proactively test applications and infrastructure for vulnerabilities, and provide advice on security bug remediation to operational and development
  teams.
• Mentor & develop the team and provide in-the-moment guidance related to
  making decisions that could impact the organization\xe2\x80\x99s security posture, as well as provide on-going internal security advocacy and awareness training.
• Find cost-effective solutions to cyber security problems.

• At least 7 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 3 years of experience in program management.
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant cyber security Certifications preferred.
• Technical expertise in security, including knowledge of security technologies, practices, and principles.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, assessment processes, tools, and standards, such as NIST, ISO, and CIS.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience planning, organizing, managing, and communicating programs that align with cyber security goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with Stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
