The Opportunity

Altus Group is a leading provider of commercial real estate advisory services, software, and data solutions. We are currently looking for a passionate Security Technology Engineer with the purpose of assisting with the integration of the Security ecosystem, for both Altus, and when acquisitions and mergers occur.

Your Responsibilities

Work hands on with the technologies, and liaise with the different departments when integrations occur, assisting with the transition of existing tools and services and working to deploy and integrate the Altus security solutions effectively.

Help build an integrated ecosystem of security tooling that improves the overall security posture of the business with minimal impact to user performance

Reduce noise of all tooling and optimize for better performance and relevancy

Collaborate with peers in the Security team to ensure that needs are met with regards to the security requirements for the transitions, while working with the project manager for acquisitions to ensure these are captured correctly

Your Skills and Experience

5+ years of relevant experience with Security and associated solutions and technologies

Excellent experience with endpoint Protection solution administration, along with experience in using tools across areas such as Cloud Security (CASB,CSPM), Platform and Endpoint (NGAV/EDR/MDR) and SIEM

Solid Network and Infrastructure knowledge and in Cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure

Outstanding communication skills and an appreciation for diverse opinions and approaches. You can keep all key stakeholders well-informed with the progress updates and excellent ability to liaise with businesses we\xe2\x80\x99ve acquired to ensure a smooth transition and integration

Problem-solving and advisory skills to lead solutions and best practices

Adaptive personality with a devotion toward evaluating and appropriately applying emerging or alternative technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.

Other nice to haves : API build and configuration knowledge desirable

Software deployment experience through tools such as SCCM
