Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and work with various materials. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications. Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively and safely. Operate forklifts and cranes to move materials as needed during the fabrication process. Conduct quality inspections of completed welds to ensure adherence to standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in welding and fabrication is essential. Proficiency in blueprint reading is required for interpreting project specifications. Basic math skills are necessary for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks. Familiarity with operating forklifts and cranes is a plus. Ability to use hand tools and calipers accurately for precise measurements. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $24.00-$38.00 per hour

10 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
