As Procees Automation Specialist you will be responsible to analyze existing Customs business processes in order to plan, design, and develop Customs business automation solutions for our internal and external business partners. This person will also be involved in B2B system integration development, implementation and support.

How you create impact

Conduct Customs business process reviews Define and document individual Customs business process tasks Analyze and identify resources needed for automation, design and develop automation scripts Document and test the automation process Coordinate implementation and deployment activities Support internal/external business system integrations Interface design and logical mapping for B2B data exchange Organize and align all internal/external stakeholders, clearly defining expectations and establishing a protocol for regular updates Establish and maintain metrics for productivity/performance improvement

What we would like you to bring

Bachelors Degree in IT, System Implementaion/ supply chain management or similar field is required Strong technical skillset - standard query capability (SQL/Python), Microsoft Suite, JIRA. 1-2 years of UI Path/other RPA application experience 1-2 years of Technical specification, mapping experience, and Project management experience
